Prior to "Sword of Hearts" Kathrynne could be found in minor roles in a few indie films, but mostly she appeared on stage in and around Chicago, as well as at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 1998, where she performed in one of the touring productions of Babes With Blades. Aside from appearances in multiple runs of Babes, Kat's stage resume includes "Wait Until Dark" at the Pheasant Run Dinner Theatre, "Xena, Live!" with About Face and greasy joan theatre companies, "The Wake of Jamey Foster" with Footsteps Theatre Company, and "The Tempest" with the First Folio Shakespeare Festival. She's very pleased to be continuing with her stage combat training and use in the upcoming "Shadow of the Master: Kung Fu Musical II".
